Kirkenes-area paths summary

There were so many path in Kirkenes-area. Most of them I mapped in Neiden, where there were fishermen using them.

I assume, the Russian border gives characteristics to the paths. I have seen paths going through fences, but the Schengen border is something else. Borders are of course artificial and there are people living close to it. I heard stories how people are given fees, because they accidently fish too close to border in Pasviken border river. I was working as a part of Connection Barents -workshop so unfortunately I didn't have time to see paths that would actually cross the border. It would be very nice to find them.

The paths were mapped in summer 2006.
